Refund & Return Policy

At Fur Ritual™, we want you and your pup to love your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges on used items.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must:

  • Arrive damaged or defective

  • Be unused and in its original packaging

  • Be reported within 14 days of delivery

To start a return request, please email us at info.furritual@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photo/video proof of the item

Once approved, we’ll provide next steps for your replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items received

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping Issues

Fur Ritual™ is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
